PHE’s latest operational advice is for for alcohol, drugs and nicotine in emergency accommodation for people experiencing rough sleeping.
The advice is aimed at local authority public health commissioners and drug and alcohol treatment providers and should also assist managers working in the emergency accommodation settings.
