Our Staff

Collective Voice is a small charity with a big mission! We deliver the majority of our work through, and with, partner organisations including our sponsors.

Our core team

Jess leads Collective Voice, working with the board to set strategy and working closely with Liam to deliver the core advocacy and collaborative work.

Before working for Collective Voice Jess was Director of Influence and Communications at Clinks, the national charity supporting the voluntary sector working in the criminal justice sector. She brings a wealth of experience from multiple policy and communications roles at Clinks and a period as Acting Co-CEO. Jess is also a trustee of Hackney Council for Voluntary Services.
