Workforce Forum
The Workforce Forum brings together those working in human resources, learning and development, and other relevant representatives of drug and alcohol treatment and recovery services, to support sector-wide approaches to improving workforce development.
The drug and alcohol sector faces a number of challenges in maintaining a well-staffed, well-trained, and well-satisfied workforce, necessary for the effective delivery of our services.
The government’s Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) workforce programme is in the process of developing solutions to these challenges, and the Workforce forum exists to feed into this programme as well as to share learning, work collectively, and consider any other ways of independently addressing these challenges.
The secretariat of the group is provided by Collective Voice. The Terms of Reference can be accessed here.
Expressions of interest to join the group can be submitted via this Form.
