Service User Involvement Forum

Services are better when people accessing them have a voice in how they’re designed and delivered.

The growing role of Service User Involvement (SUI) and Lived or Living Experience in organisations providing treatment and recovery services brings benefits for all involved, and the Collective Voice Service User Involvement Forum provides a space for those leading this involvement to convene and discuss how best to do this.

The Forum meets regularly to identify shared challenges and priorities regarding the involvement of people with lived/living experience in voluntary sector organisations; to promote lived/living experience across service design and delivery, and evidence or influencing work; to share work and developments for peer-input, and for cross-organisational intelligence sharing and networking.

The chair and secretariat for the Forum is provided by Collective Voice. The Terms of Reference can be accessed here.

Expressions of interest can be submitted via this Form.
